AUDIO DATA
We never collect and store your voice recordings on our servers without your express consent. All the recordings made in the app are stored on your device by default.
LOG DATA
We want to inform you that whenever you use FoxStoria Service, in we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing FoxStoria Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

DATA DELETION REQUESTS
You have the option to request data deletion through the in-app feature located in the settings menu. Or contact our support team at support@thestorytimes.com to request data deletion. Verification of identity will be required. All associated data will be deleted within 45 days.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and will not knowingly collect Personal Information from any child under the age of 13 without express parental consent. Any child under the age of 13 using FoxStoria Service must do so with permission from a parent. All full names, email addresses, and credit card billing information must be from a parent or guardian. Further, FoxStoria Service is a general audience service, primarily used by parents and educators. FoxStoria is not marketed primarily to children. If a child under the age of 13 has provided us with age identifiable Personal Information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us and request that such information be deleted from our records. Any data that is shared is done so on an anonymous, aggregate basis among all users or is related to analyzing and communicating reading behavior patterns.
